If you’re not seeing a rep listed in the Share Orders tool, let them know! It’s your reps’ responsibility to add their accounts to their Contacts on their end, which triggers a cascade of rep/store connections. They should, obviously, know how to do this but in case they need a refresher, this link will get them where they need to go.
