Bundle subscribers can track their usage via the Manage Subscriptions page. To get there, click on your profile in the upper right corner of your Edelweiss homepage and select Manage Subscriptions.
Usage Tracking:
In the resulting window, you’ll find usage information for your subscription package—frontlist titles added to catalogs, DRC uploads, and/or promotional spend.
Usage is tracked both by actual number (i.e. 197 titles added to catalogs of 916 purchased) and percentage used so far (22%).
Clicking on Details and selecting the plus-sign under Title Details will give you an overview, organized by date, of titles added to the site.
Permissions Assignment:
Your company’s Subscription Administrators can click into Permissions Assignment to manage roles for other users in their organization.
- Subscription Administrators: Access to all Usage Tracking, permissions management privileges, and the Proposals page, if applicable
- Billing Administrators: Access to all Usage Tracking
- Promotions Administrators: Access to promo allotment when booking ads; will also see Promo Usage on Usage Tracking page
- DRC Administrators: Access to DRC usage on Usage Tracking page
Proposals:
Publisher Subscription Admins with upcoming subscription renewals will find their discounted bundle options under the Proposals tab. Users can select a Basic, Premium, or Enterprise bundle, and our sales team will be in touch with next steps!
