You can easily email a title or a selected list of titles from various locations within the site.

Emailing individual titles:

To email an individual title select the Send Email under the Actions menu for that title:

Or in the title pop-up widget by clicking the Email button on the right:

Both will bring up a window that looks like so:

The Basic template provides the cover image and a link, basically, while the Expanded template also provides some bibliographic text for each title as well.

Click Next to get here.

Here you’ll need to include a subject line and enter the email addresses you would like to send to. You can also include an optional personalized Message in this field if desired.

You have the option to CC yourself, Send with High Importance, and Hide email addresses when there are multiple recipients. Select all that apply.

When you are ready to send, click the Email icon in the lower right corner of your screen.

Emailing lists of titles:

If you would like to include more than one title in your email, select the titles you would like to email using the checkmark icon found at the top left of each title entry, or by going in to the page’s Actions menu and clicking Select All or Select All on Current Page. Select All selects all titles in your current catalog. Click Send Email to send these titles in an email.

 

 

Then follow the same steps as above to send your email.

Keep in mind that most email clients have strict size limits. As such, sending an email with hundreds of titles is not likely to work well. A PDF would likely be a better approach in such a case.
