There’s an icon attached to each title entry in Edelweiss that creates a quick URL link to that particular title. You can find it in a dashboard lane, by clicking in to see detail about a title, like here:

In a catalog or titles list, you’ll see that link icon here:

Just copy the link that comes up, which you can paste it into an email, tweet, etc.
