Deleting an order is intentionally a 2-step process to minimize the instances in which you accidentally delete something important. Please note, when you delete an order it can no longer be recovered and you, anyone in your store’s organization, and any reps you’ve shared the order with can no longer view it.
To delete an order you first need to mark it Completed . Do this on your Orders page like so:
Once it’s marked Completed, go to your Completed orders and click the Delete icon.
Done!
