January 2026

Display & Usability

  • Bulk tagging: No longer jumps you to the bottom of the list, so you stay in place while working.
  • Sort options: Now remembered per page, so each view keeps its own preferred sort order.
  • Missing data: Restored in the new view so information matches what was previously available in the old view.
  • Markup Overviews: Visible to reps and buyers.
  • Publication dates: No longer appear twice=.
  • Showcases: Now displays correctly.

Performance & Stability

  • Resolved issues preventing the Reviews page from loading.

November 2025 (Updated Nov. 25)

Display & Usability

  • Category updates: You can now change or assign categories directly in All Orders (Combined), matching old-view functionality.
  • Edition details: The Edition field now appears correctly on title listings.
  • Improved Reviews tab: Added an updated Presentation modal for reviews.
  • Tag fixes: Switching between personal and shared tags now works without blocking titles, and order quantities display correctly after changing tags.
  • Review sharing: Fixed an issue that sometimes prevented user reviews from reaching publishers.
  • BISAC filtering: You can now filter titles using all BISAC levels.
  • Markup & export cleanup: Markups and exports no longer include unwanted HTML formatting.
  • Catalog stability: Fixed issues where some catalog functions were not loading completely.
  • Vendor publisher accuracy: Vendor publisher information on titles now maps correctly to the date added.

Performance & Stability

  • API reliability: Fixed backend API endpoint errors that were causing failures.
  • Filtering errors: Resolved intermittent “Something went wrong” errors in Safari.
  • Shared collections: Shared collections now delete correctly.

September & October 2025

Display & Usability
  • Markup notes & tags display cleanly, with proper formatting, line spacing, and improved support for bullet/numbered lists.
  • DRC visibility & icons are more accurate, including pending statuses, audio icons, and 100% usage display.
  • Featured titles, larger metadata text, OH/OO display improvements, and faster loading of Featured Reviews make lists easier to read.
  • Clicking a title opens Presentation Mode, which now also works for anonymous users.
  • Category function and popovers behave more intuitively, including for multi-location stores.
  • Related product covers, catalog cover images, and Community Reviews all display correctly.
  • Improved visibility of key UI elements like the share button in new order creation.
  • “Create PowerPoint” export option now available for eligible users. 
Performance & Stability
  • Fixed API deadlocks and performance issues for faster list loading. 
  • Resolved errors with filters, skipped titles, review submissions, redirections, and stale order data. 
  • Fixed scrolling issues on zoomed screens and other UI glitches. 
  • Improved markup sharing reliability and fixed layout overlaps. 
Other Improvements
  • Enhanced markup handling when copying catalogs/collections. 
  • Reps no longer see markup priority in search results (booksellers still do). 
  • Featured Reviews, Community Reviews, and ratings now appear more reliably and completely.
