Callouts can be added to your Documents in Designer by following the steps below.

First, in a template, select Add Empty to add a new design block.

Select Add New Content Block and choose Callout Image or Callout Text.

If Callout Image is selected, you can then upload an image that will appear wherever the design block was placed.

If Callout Text is selected, you’ll see placeholder text, which you’ll have the option of styling.

Once a template that incorporates callout text is applied to a document, the custom text can be set by clicking the gear icon, selecting Standard next to Callout Text, and entering the desired text.

When using a callout image, rather than text, the image uploaded within your template can either be enabled on each page or overridden with another image.
