Billing Center access is a privilege that can be added or removed by your organization’s User Administrators. It can be reached by opening your Profile & Account at the top of any Edelweiss+ page:
Once that privilege has been granted, you’ll find the Billing Center in the same Profile & Account screen.
You can pay Existing or Outstanding invoices by clicking Invoices and the “Pay Now” button. You’ll be given the option to pay with an existing credit card or to add a new one:
Open Subscriptions to view your existing Edelweiss subscriptions. Whether you’re a retailer or librarian with an Analytics subscription, or a publisher with a DRC subscription, you can choose to be invoiced each month, or set your account up to Autopay each month:
Just click the button in the Autopay column to turn it on, and the card you’ve added will automatically be charged each month, ensuring your account will stay up to date without service interruptions.
Add and edit your contact details in the Client Contact Details menu:
