You can find quick access to a direct URL for a title in a title pop-up widget. Underneath the cover image click the link icon and the title’s URL will copy to your clipboard to paste in an address bar, email, wherever!

In a catalog or titles list, you’ll see that option under Actions > Copy link to clipboard:
