Community – Deactivating Your Account

Currently, users are unable to deactivate their accounts within Edelweiss Community. We’re working on this functionality now!

For now, go back to Edelweiss to deactivate your account from there.

Go back to Edelweiss logo at the top-left of the screen:
Or here on your computer:

From there, click your initials or profile picture in the top-right corner of your screen and select Your Profile and Account > > Delete Account. You will then be prompted to type ‘delete’ in a text box to confirm you’d like to continue. Note that once you delete your account there is no option to recover any user data in the future! Once you click Confirm you can then log out and your account will be deleted:
