If submitting an order for an account with multiple locations, you have a few options:
- Submit an individual order for each location, so each store is shipped their own separate orders.
- Roll Up the individual orders into one single order to ship as a bulk order to one central location.
Your customers will have their own preferences here, so be sure to ask your multi-store accounts about this!
To submit a multi-store order that ships to each individual location, just submit the order like normal. You’ll have the opportunity to edit the PO numbers for each location’s order if necessary:
To do a Roll Up Order:
In the Order menu, select Roll Up… and then select the appropriate location in the Roll Up Store dropdown list.
