Sales Reps – Set an Out of Office Notification

Publisher sales reps can now set an out of office (OOO) message that will show for their accounts when an order is shared with them during that time! Please note this feature will only show a notification for your buyers in the New Edelweiss View.

To do so go to your Orders page and click the button on the right in orange that says Set Out Of Office:

In the pop-up you can select the date you’d like your out of office to start and include a message. Then click the Save button:

Your page will refresh and the orange button should update to say either Out of Office is Scheduled if you set your OOO to start on a future date, or the button will highlight and read Out of Office if you set it to start today. You can click the button again if you need to make any edits or end your OOO notification.

When your OOO is active your accounts will see a red Out of Office notification on their end when they go to share an order with you, and hovering over the notice will show them your OOO message if you left one.

Your OOO notice will remain active until you turn it off, so upon your return remember to go back to your Orders page, select the highlighted Out of Office button, and click End Out Of Office to remove it:
