Setting Your Default Approve, Decline, & Auto-Approve Messages

You can add default messages for users to receive when their DRC requests are approved or declined, or when they’ve been Auto-Approved or Blocked.

You can set these default messages when you process any individual DRC request (details about processing requests here)…

…Or while administering your DRCs here, on your Administration page.

Go to your Default Import Preferences (if you have multiple publisher profiles, you’ll need to select a profile first).

Under the Request Management tab, scroll down to find the default message fields.

Scroll to the bottom and find the Save button to complete the process!
