How long is my bundle good for?

Each bundle is active for 12 months. Your exact subscription dates can be found on the Subscription Management page.


How do digital review copy allotments work? Is it based on how many I can have active on the site at one time? 

If your subscription includes digital review copies (DRCs), your allotment is based on uploads, not on the number of DRCs you have active on Edelweiss at any one time.

    • e.g. A bundle that includes 20 DRC uploads gives you just that—20 individual uploads to use throughout your subscription period. If you use all 20 uploads and then deactivate a DRC to upload a new one, that new upload still counts as your 21st upload and will be subject to standard rates ($90/upload).

What if I go over my allotment, or don’t use all of it?

Any additional spend over the allotments included within your subscription bundle will be billed at ad-hoc rates. You’ll be able to view any unused amounts over the course of the year, so you can plan on maximizing your use of your subscription. Unused amounts cannot be rolled over year-to-year.

Can I change my bundle after I book it?

If you reach a point where you are considering upgrading your subscription, please reach out to sales@abovethetreeline.com so we can review and discuss your options!

What does the Promotions allotment cover?

Your Promotions and Inserts fund can be applied to any of our advertising products, per our Ad Kit, with the current exception of CCM.

Do I have to decide which ad products I’m going to use in advance?

No! These funds are flexible, and you can decide as you go which products make the most sense for your marketing and publicity campaigns. When booking an ad, select your subscription payment package as your payment method during checkout. Learn more here.

 

How do I track my subscription usage? 

Check your usage anytime on the Usage Tracking tab of the Subscription Management page. If you do not have access to this page and believe you should, please reach out to a user administrator within your organization.
