Community – Changing Your Email Address & Password

Currently, users are unable to edit account email addresses or passwords within Edelweiss Community. We’re working on this functionality now!

For now, go back to Edelweiss to edit your account from there. Learn how here, or follow these steps below:

You can change your account’s email address by going back to Edelweiss by clicking the logo at the top-left of the screen:
Or here on your computer:
From there, click your initials or profile picture in the top-right corner of your screen and select Your Profile and Account > Basic Information > click the pencil icon next to Email:
Then save your changes and you should be all set! You can get back to Community by clicking the snowflake icon in the top left corner of any Edelweiss page.
