Booksellers – Sharing Collections with Colleagues and Communities

Important Note: Sales reps and publisher users, please refer to your Sharing Collections document instead. This one is for booksellers!

Once you have created a collection, you can easily make your Collections visible to your coworkers by clicking the share icon (three connected dots). You’ll see that you can share this Collection with your colleagues or with one of your Communities:

You’ll know you’ve shared your Collection with the rest of your organization if that Share icon is orange. Note that only the Collection’s creator can edit it. If you’re looking to collaborate on a list of titles with your colleagues, you’re more likely looking for Tags in standard Edelweiss or Collaborative Title Lists in Community.

The easiest way to share a Collection with people outside of your organization is to view the collection and then copy the URL for that page. This will take people right to that page in Edelweiss.
