At the top of any Edelweiss page, you’ll find a search bar where you can search All Titles, Only My Titles, Frontlist, or Backlist titles. Selecting Only My Titles will return titles from your publisher(s) only. Hover over the search bar at the top-right of your screen and click the Gear icon that appears to edit your search parameters any time:
You can also always find specific titles by going to the relevant catalog or collection and using the Type Here to Find tool. This allows you to quickly jump to a specific title in that list. Start typing and you’ll see all the titles in that list that contain the text you’ve entered; click to jump right to that title!
Select Filter to open a drawer of filtering options on the left-hand side of the page; once filters are selected, only the titles in the list that fit the selected parameter(s) will display:
You can also use the Saved Filters tool for dynamic filtering, to help you filter titles in Edelweiss down to just those that fit a certain set of characteristics, whether that’s publication date, publisher, subject, format, etc. You can save these custom filters to use again and again.
