You can manage your own account's Privileges by clicking on your name at the top of any Edelweiss+ page. If you're theowner/manager/responsible party, you'll want to be sure that you are a User Administrator. If you're not, feel free to contact us at and we can help you out!

To work with your publisher sales reps, you'll want to let them know that you're in Edelweiss and be sure to tell them the email address you use to log in. They will then add you to their Contacts, which sets off a cascade of connections in the background of the site.  Namely, they'll then be able to send you marked up catalogs, and you'll be able to share your Orders with them.
