Titles in Edelweiss are organized via catalogs. Generally speaking, those catalogs are organized according to season, since the publishing world very much works according to seasons. Larger publishers and distributors usually create "Omnibus" catalogs, which combine all of their imprints and such into a master catalog to help you and your reps keep track of things.
