This document will show the general workflow for working with orders in Edelweiss, from start to finish with links when relevant.
- You receive a Markup from your Sales Rep, displaying relevant notes, details, tags, and priorities.
- Add Catalog to your Worklist if you’re in to being organized.
- When you’re ready, Create an Order.
- Build your order by adding quantities, categories, relevant tags, etc.
- Let Rep know you’re finished, Share your order.
- Meet with your Rep and finalize the order.
- Download order to your POS system.
- Mark your order Completed to finish up.
